Davies BDM worked with bi5 to clarify its brand message and market position, redefine its services and solutions offering to ‘make sense’ to prospects, and help its business intelligence consultants speak to prospects about bi5’s value and services with ease.
Solution
Davies BDM reframed bi5’s service and solution offering, distilling a complex tangle of services into a logical and easy-to-understand suite of solutions. We also helped bi5 communicate the unique way it creates bespoke solutions to solve complicated problems.
This was used to redesign bi5’s website to capture its unique value and communicate its tailored approach to business intelligence problems. Additionally, we developed sales talk tracks and scripts for bi5’s consultants to use when speaking to prospects and existing clients.
Outcome
bi5 was acquired by Melbourne-based consultants GK Horizons in 2022.
